Family Planning Program

Funds from this program are used for:

Family Planning Services, Pregnancy Testing, STD (sexually transmitted disease) testing, PAP Test and Physical examination by a nurse practitioner, Education follow-up, Referrals, Birth Control Supplies and limited STD treatment.

The Family Planning Program is available to Wright County Residents who:

• Have reached reproductive age; and
• Are not insured for reproductive health services

Our agency does not encourage, counsel, refer either indirectly or directly patients to have abortions. Our Family Planning services are preconception services that limit or enhance fertility, including contraception methods, the management of infertility, preconception counseling, education, and general reproductive health care.
